Information you provide
Depending on how you use the site, FityStores may receive your name, phone number, order items, fulfilment instructions, payment reference, and any payment proof you choose to upload. Enquiry, review, suggestion, and restock forms collect the details you submit.
How it is used
Order and contact details are used to review and fulfil requests, communicate about orders, and provide customer support. Submitted reviews may be shown publicly after approval. The application hashes the submitter IP address when a review is created.
Customer accounts and preferences
Customer accounts store a normalized email address, display name, password hash or Google identity, verification status, and marketing preference. Verification, reset, and unsubscribe tokens are stored as hashes. Consent requests and withdrawals include their time, source, and wording version. Promotional messages are separate from necessary account and order updates.
Handling and questions
Do not submit passwords, PINs, or payment credentials in free-text fields. For a privacy question or a request about information you submitted, contact the seller using the Contact page. This page does not make a certification or a claim about a specific retention period.
